  1. Change of Leadership: Mr. Cheng, Ching-Yao is the officially registered Legal Representative.
  2. Termination of Authority: Former representative Mr. Tsai, Cheng-Hao holds no authority. The Company disclaims any commitments made by him prior to January 6, 2026.
  3. Legal Notice: All claims regarding company ownership by Mr. Tsai are false. Legal actions are underway.
